Peak Performance Chiropractic & Sports Medicine began in January 2024. It has always been a dream of Dr. Parkinson’s to own/co-own his personal office. Dr. Parkinson is adamant in helping Madison County and the surrounding areas to achieve overall wellness, and here at Peak Performance we are going to be able to accomplish just that. Peak Performance Chiropractic & Sports Medicine has something for everyone in the family. Our business model offers a variety of options for each patient to both help them to get better and reach their peak. Meet Our Doctor

Dr. Daniel Parkinson is a devoted chiropractor, proud football coach, dedicated husband, and a loving father to his three children. He embarked on his academic journey by earning his undergraduate degree from BYU-Idaho in Exercise Physiology. His commitment to helping others feel their “best” led him to obtain his second Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology, a Doctorate in Chiropractic, and a Master’s in Sports Medicine from the esteemed University of Western States. Dr. Parkinson believes in helping each patient to find the care that is best suited for them and do so with a variety of techniques. Dr. Parkinson has been married to his beautiful wife for over 10 years, and they couldn’t be happier to have brought their family back to Rexburg, Idaho. Dr. Parkinson truly believes that everyone, regardless of whether they play a sport or not, should be treated as an athlete to move and function at their best. He desires to work with each patient to find the best treatment approach for them according to their needs and desires. He aims to help each patient feel, move, and perform better to reach their peak performance.

Meet Our Massage Therapist

Born and raised in Rexburg, Kelsey is the second of four children. She attended Madison High School and the Rexburg College of Massage Therapy. She was married in 2018 to Ethan Gilstrap. Kelsey has been a massage therapist since 2017. Her years of experience allow her to define the specific needs of each client. She’s determined to help you relieve pain from injuries and feel more comfortable on your road to recovery. She feels there is no better accomplishment than knowing she’s improved someone’s day to day lifestyle.
